What it needed#
Filled the black tank — no leaks. Stood on the bumper and it showed its true colors: it needs a floor. Every system on the trailer works, so it stays a rolling project and gets upgrades along the way.
Roof and reseal#
West Texas does not get rain the way we do here, and the old sealant came off like an archaeological dig — layers of it, red Texas dirt through the whole thing. Most of the area between the roof awning rails is scraped, stripped and resealed. The Astradome is sealed up new and watertight. The two fans and the fridge vent are what is left.
